Why Does It Pain To Urinate After An Unprotected Sex?
Hi, i am a woman of 21 years of old. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend last week, now everytime i pee not tht it hurts but the minute i finish it feels like i could pee again then it get a little painful. Is this sort of an STI? If so how do i treat it? Worried:(
Hi Thank you for using health care magic. I can understand your concern about possibility of STI. Unprotected sex always comes with risk of STI so its always better to use condom if we are not sure about partner's sexual health regarding STI. But your current symptoms seems to be more from urinary tract infection rather than STI at present. Drink plenty of water which help in this symptoms. If you develop fever or pain increasing then get an Urine routine micro test which will help in finding out of the cause. During this time you can find out your boyfriend's sexual health for any possibility of Sexually transmitted disease if positive consult doctor. Fever, rash & itching in and around vagina, vaginal discharge specially foul smelling , increasing pain should be considered as an alarming signal and need to be evaluated by doctor preferably skin and venerology expert. Hope you will find this helpful. Regards.
