sir, my testicles get swollen the next day after i masturbate. 2 days ago my right testicle was swollen and was paining it became fine the next day. yesterday i masturbated again and today again my left testicle is swollen and are paining. please help me out.

HI.This is not an usual thing to happen.
This is very very rare.
You need to undergo the ultrasonography of the abdomen particularly for the genito-urinary system and of the scrotum.
It is possible that you have a blockage into the vas deferens due to plugs or some disease.
You have to undergo a proper clinical examination to be done by a Doctor who can catch many of the problems on your proper history and physical examination and can then guide for further investigations and treatment.
Consult an Urologist.
