Why Does My 9 Months Old Daughter Look Very Pale?

My 9 month old baby girl has been looking very pale lately. She never took to iron fortified foods so at about 7 months I started giving her a multivitamin w iron. I had only been giving her a half dose bc she threw it up. She appears cold intolerant as well. I think she has iron def anemia

Well, it seems that you have already reached a diagnosis! Why not confirm it with a full blood count, (and do the following two tests optionally:) serum iron levels and total iron binding capacity tests? If these results confirm the deficiency, you will HAVE to treat her with iron salts.
