3rd C section is always not a good one because same place 3rd time cut is made. It takes time to heal and there are always chances of the wound opening. Therefore, if it is hurting a lot and painful on touch, go for a check up. Otherwise eat healthy, increase calories, take antibiotics as Dr prescribed after C section.
Care of perineum
Little physiotherapy
Drink plenty of water
Take a painkiller if you feel lots of pain
It will take time to recover
If there is a rash, itching or bleeding, see a doctor
Walk
Urinate frequently
Have sexual contact after 6 to 8 week of pregnancy
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
