Why Does My WBC Keep Fluctuating?

Hello I just had a physical and my white blood count was 3.7 I'm in good health and eat right and I'm also a runner I am 38 with 4 children , the nurse is not concerned but they want me to see a specialist I am a worrier so I just wanted to see what you think , this has happened in the past and my numbers went back

Looking at the clinical history and hematological values, my opinion is as follows:
1. 3.7 thousand is near lower limits and I would not be much concenred.
2. Lower count if associated with hemoglobin reduction and platelet reduction (totally called as pancytopenia), I would be worried.
3. Nothing to worry, a followup count later could confirm.
