Why Does My Daughter Vomit Every Time She Eats?

my daughter is 14 month old yet her weight is only 8.2 kgs. She has a tendency to vomit often whenever we try to feed her. whenever she gains some weight, she looses it by the way of loose motions. we also suspect she might be having worms in her stomach. can u pls advise?

Thanks for the query.
If your child vomits every time he eats, he may have multiple food sensitivities or may frequently eat a food his body can't tolerate. Eliminate sodas, processed foods and sugary sweets from his diet because these commonly cause stomach problems. Then begin keeping a food diary, noting everything your child eats and the reaction he has to each food. Ask your pediatrician to test your child for allergies and sensitivities.
Overfeeding may also be the cause if everything else is normal.
You can give albendazole suspension 200mg at night if you find worms in stool or the child is having perianal itching.
