had a heart rate of 230 right after finished running took a minute for it to settle down then stabailzed around a rate of 100. Took a while for my rate to go back to normal which is in the low 50's. I have had this in the past a long time but have recovered much quicker. should i be concerned and go to the hospital to get checked out?
