Why Does My Mother's Left Hand And Chest Pain (ECG Normal ) After Menopause ?

My mother s age is 48. She has had menopause 2 years back. She is taking medicines of high blood pressure since 5 years. Her ECG reports have always been normal. The last ECG report was 4-5 months back. Occasionally (since 2-3 years) she has pain in her left hand and heaviness in chest . She is little obese but is very active in her daily activities. Why does this happen to her??

Hi Welcome to HealthcareMagic

Since the ECG was normal nothing much to worry.. in Hypertensive patients some of them have chest pain, palpitation, because of high BP... hence you must not neglect when she gets chest pain... first she must be ruled out of cardiac disorder then the BP must be controlled...
