Why Does My Right Eyebrow Feel Heavy?
I'm a 24-yr old female with multi-focal choroiditis, but I don't think my eyebrow problem is related. I feel like there's a possible neurological issue, my right eyebrow feels heavy and like it wants to droop. It takes effort for me to hold it up even with the left.

Your symptoms could be related to a myastenic syndrome. Anyway, it is not typical for this syndrome to affect only the eyebrows. It usually affects the eyelids.
Anyway, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a neurological exam and performing a repetitive nerve stimulation to exclude this possible disorder.
