Why Does My Urine Leak After Urinating?

I am 17 years old. 3 years ago my penis began leaking a lot especially after I urinate. Sometimes it leaks urine, other times it leaks what seems to be semen. What ever this is it has really caused my penis to smell bad all the time now. I have to keep tissues in my underwear just to prevent leakage through my pants. It is not natural. It is not a STD because I have never had any kind of sex before. Please let me know how I can get rid of it. Thank you.

What urine complaints you are having seems to be due to urinary tract infection. Kindly get the following investigations done.

1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.

In case report is indicating urinary tract infection, you would need a course of appropriate antibiotics to treat it. Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management. Maintain good hygiene, especially around the genital region.
