Why Does My Vision Go Black Suddenly?

A lot of the time, i dont know why, my vision goes black, i cant see anything, and feel like im falling. Sometimes i even fall down, but most of the time i can still walk even though i cant see. I dont know what to do? I dont have an medical disabilities, and not allergic to anything

Hello,

If tese blackouts are not posture related( postural hypotension can cause lackouts) then do get your general check up done along with a cardiovascular work up. Sometimes reduced blood supply to the eyes can cause such loss of vision (amarausis fugax). You might require a detailed dilated eye exam, carotid doppler , ECHO and MRI brain if required.
