hello. the problem of premature ejaculation is mostly psychological in nature. it usually starts if person is anxious and anxiety make the problem of premature ejaculation even worse. i would recommend you to visit a psychiatrist ,discuss your problem. you can either take therapy or medications depending on your choice. the problem is treatable.
