I am 29 years old Male, I've recently engaged, few days ago I met my fiancé And had Forplay for 30 Min suddenly my lower abdomen started paining & testis as well later on I met her twice whenever she touch me my body starts stimulating & again pain started in my LA & Testis what is the cause behind this I'm worried coz ill be getting marry in couple of months I hope this will not affect my sexual life afterwards Suggest me a doctor if I really required to go for it
Hi. This is a typical problem few people get. It is possible that this is all related to hormone surge causing the problems you have. Another possibility is that you have an engorged prostate ( this is NOT a disease). This is absolutely physiological. So please do not worry about it. May be the day the prostate and seminal vesicles start emptying , your pain will go away. Yet, as you right are worried, it is better to consult an Urologist or a General Surgeon and request him about an internal examination of prostate and may be you have to get an Ultrasonography just to make sure that everything is normal. please keep me posted about the progress you have and all the best for future. - painfree
