Symptoms of nausea could be due to dyspepsia, if it is associated with vertigo then it may be the vestibular dysfunction, (Ear issue ). Gaining weight could be because of high calorie. diet, exercise and intake of low calorie diet may helps a lot. Migraine also needs to be ruled out for nausea and headache.
