Why Does One Have An Intermittent Itching Around The Nipple Area?

I have had intermittent itching around my nipple area for years now, off and on. I had 4 large, non-cancerous tumors removed from my breasts back in 1998 (2 in each breast). Approx. one month ago, I started having bad pain in my left breast that came and went, Then I noticed what appeared to be a bug bite on my left breast. The next day, both nipples began to itch and they have not stopped. It's driving me nuts! Also, I have a dark, reddish-brown discharge from my left nipple.I noticed today that the skin on my left breast looks like the skin of a lemon or an orange and now I have 6 of the red spots (that appear to be bug bites). There is also an indention about 2 inches above my left nipple and it hurts whenever I touch it. What in the world is going on with me?
