Why Does One Have An Itchy & Swollen Labia?
I'm 32 1/2 weeks pregnant and my labia has become swollen and very itchy. I've been on bed rest due to the fact that I started to dialate (only 1 cm) and thin out while the baby is head down and lodged. What is going on with my labia? Is it from the pressure?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Itchy and swollen labia are due to vaginal infection, likely to be candidiasis, which is very common in pregnancy.
It is not due to cervical dilatation, or due to head of the baby.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and treated accordingly.
