Why Does Sneezing Or Coughing Cause Penile Pain Despite Normal Urination?

Hi, Whenever i cough or sneeze sometimes not doing anhthing I have pain in the tip mostly of my penis? But when I pee its normal no pain no anyyhing. Peeing clear white. At first i thought of excessive force from sneezing or coughing but this is my 2nd day. Am not wearing any undergarments

Hello,

Commonly such type of pain occurs due to rough sex, injuries to the penis due to friction from clothes, harsh oral sex or changes in sexual activity. Make sure your clothes are not hurting you, abstain from sex and any sexual activity for a couple of days. Take care of your hygiene, keep your private area clean. Factors that can cause pain in the penile area are UTI or muscular pain.

Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done at the earliest. If urinary tract infection is detected, it will be treated with a course of oral antibiotics and analgesics. Other factors that can cause similar symptoms are underlying medical condition like prostatitis, hernia, paraphimosis or STIs. Get clinically examined by a urologist. Get STD tests done to be at the safer side. If STIs are detected, you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals.
