Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I can not confirm tennis elbow without examination. So i would suggest you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon and get your self examined to make sure what is bothering you. Knuckle cut will take time to heal. you have not mentioned size of the cut as some time big cut may need stitch. I think both of your problem canbe solved by examining directly.
