Why Does The Gland On My Right Swell After Eating?

Everytime i eat food my gland on the right hand side swells up. But when i touch it its pretty hard im worried. And now since that is happening im getting pains in my head everyday but it chooses when to start and its worse at night. What is this ?

Hi dear,
This may be due to blocking of parotid glands duct.Since it is getting painful you are having inflammation also. Consult a general surgeon for this.
