Why Does The Left Side Of My Head Keep Pulsating?

Hi, Monday I was sneezing a lot and then tge next day I had a really bad headache that lasted almost 3 days. Then the headache went away but now the left side of my head keeps pulsating at random times, it doesnt hurt and I don t feel dizzy. But it just keep pulsating randomly. Should I be worried ?
