Hi,

Redness on face after moving out is mainly due to photo-allergic dermatitis which is a common occurrence. Need not to worry. You should stop using this cream for sometime. Avoid going outside, if there is sun exposure cover your skin with moist cloth and apply sunscreen with SPF 30+. Take diet rich in multivitamins and drink plenty of water to enhance skin complexion. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms still persist and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
