Hi,

There are many possible causes of a burning sensation in the abdomen, but given the location and description of your symptoms, one possibility is that you are experiencing pain from the gallbladder or bile ducts. Gallstones or other conditions that affect the gallbladder or bile ducts can cause intermittent pain in the right upper or center abdomen that is often described as burning or gnawing. Other possible causes include acid reflux, peptic ulcers, or inflammation of the stomach or pancreas.

I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible to discuss your symptoms and undergo any necessary tests or imaging studies to determine the cause of your discomfort. If your symptoms worsen or you experience additional symptoms such as fever, nausea, vomiting, or yellowing of the skin or eyes, seek emergency medical attention immediately.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
