I ve got a bump on my scrotum, which looks like a pimple/blackhead, but it hurts to the touch. It also oozed some clear substance a day ago. Im afraid its more serious than just a pimple. 21, male, 5 9, 160lb, no STDs, healthy (although recently sick)
