ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
For the hearing loss you need to get examined by an ent specialist and get done a hearing test to see for the type of hearing loss.
Based on the test result further management can be planned.
You have gradual loss of hearing and twitching in the other eye,
I would suggest that you to get done a MRI scan of head to rule out any mass pressing on the nerve.
Get a Neurologist opinion and get done a mri scan.,
In doubt do reply
