Why Have Been Experiencing A Buzzing Sensation In My Scrotum For A Few Days?

Hi there, I started experiencing a buzzing in my scrotum a few days ago, at first I thought it was normal but then it persisted. I don t feel any pains at all, but the buzzing really gets me worried cos I m scared it could be something bad. I am 26 years old, healthy and sound under no medication at all. I have only one testicle though, which makes my worry soar higher. The Single testicle issue happened since when I was an infant, I m told it didn t fall down into the scrotum. Please what can I do about this rather disturbing sensation?
