Why Haven T Anti-inflammatory Medicines Helped Tender Knees Caused After ACL Reconstruction?

I had a scope done on my right knee a month ago. My knee felt okay for two weeks. The last 7-10 days I have been in pretty severe pain on the left side of my right knee. It feels like a sharp piece of something that broke off. It is very tender and very difficult to walk. Anti-inflammatory OTC s do not seem to work. I had ACL reconstruction 20 years ago and a scope 10 years ago... I am only in my late 30 s. Thanks for your input!
