Why Having No Periods Even After Having Sandoz Tablets?

Hi Doctor, My periods were due on 11th of this month ,but i haven t got them yet ,even i did nt got my periods last month. I took help of doctor who confirmed No pregnancy and suggested me Sandoz tabs for 5 days,but i haven t got them yet. please suggest .

Hi,
Sandoz tablets do not help to get a period and you did not mention which way the doctor helped to test for pregnancy. I would suggest a complete evaluation by an expert, an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres and a trans-vaginal sonogram in addition to urinalysis and blood counts. If pregnancy can be thus excluded, you may be given hormones to induce a period and investigated further for the cause of irregular periods and get appropriate treatment.
