Why Having Recurring Cold And Cough Along With Tummy Cramps During Bowel Movements After C-section?

i had a c section 3 weeks ago,and ive been nothing but poorly! first with a tummy bug that resembled a newborn babies stools, which has now cleared up and gone away. But i have a reacquiring cold, and coughing all day, which then hurts my scar inside! Upon having the section, i lost 700mls of blood and they kept wiping one area which felt sore after and in the inside soreness hasn t gone! when the coughing prolongs its still there and it hurts! Also my urine smells clinical, almost like a hospital smell, like TCP, and i get bad tummy cramps that feel like a contraction when i need too open my bowels. this is not consistent.

Hi,

This is a normal symptom after CS, and it will take a while to go away, don't worry. You can treat it at the meanwhile while by simple medications till it fades.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
