Why Having Throbbing Pressure In Head With Soreness Feeling And Tunnel Vision?
Although i always feel head heaviness since last two years.but conditions got worst after eating at lunch time.i cant concentrate properly on anything.i feel very high throbbing pressure in my head.my head feels sore and i feel anxious and my vision gets tunneled.
What you are describing sounds like a migraine. A migraine is a type of headache that occurs again and again. The migraine is usually triggered by some type of factor like a cold, fever, weather change or certain foods.
Migraines also have aura symptoms like inability to concentrate and vision problems.
You can identify trigger factors by taking a note of them in a diary. This will help you to identify the cause and the trigger that caused the migraine. Then, you can avoid the trigger.
Here are a few more things you can try: Drink lots of water Get good sleep and at least 8 hours a day Eat at regular times Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel like you will have a headache Inhale steam mixed with eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages.
Follow up after 3 days. Hope this helps you
