Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Within the last hour or so, I discovered that my left wrist aches when I bend it forward. Normally I d be able to pop it, but this is a different feeling that I can t help so easily. There s no swelling. I may have just been leaning on it for too long without realizing it, but I m not sure.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
