Why I Feel Heartbeat In My Chest When I Lay Down?

Hello, ive recently started feeling my heartbeat in my chest when i lay down, can still feel it but not as much when im sitting up and standing. Also feeling sudden strikes of pain in my chest down the right side, starting from the top and heading downwards, all within the area of my chest, not higher or lower.

You are having palpitations and it has to be evaluated thoroughly to find out what exactly causing the symptoms. Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated you might require an ECG and echo test to assess the cardiac status.
