Why I Feel Tired With Fast Heart Beat ?

hi i am 28 years i get tired very easily and quicly my heart fast so quickly if i walk fast or run little i get very tired and my heart beat fast .. and after standing 15-30 min i wish to sit or feel very tired..... please help

hi wlcome to healthcare magic.. you may be having some underlying heart disease for which u must consult a cardiophysician. diagnosis of underlyiong heart disease can only be made my examination by a doctor.. dont worry you are a young u wil be fine.. take care.
