Why I Not Able To Use Bathroom?

Hello, I have not been able to use the bathroom for a few days now, my next door neighbor is a nurse and she told me to check myself to see how far up it was. I did that but i dont feel anything. Its stuck for some reason all the way up by my lower stomach. What should i do
