Why Is 7 Year Old Having Small Penis That Doesn T Get Hard?

I have a seven yr old boy. He is normal and active in every way. I am concerned about his penis not just the size which is very small and very thin and that it goes into his body, like an inner. His rim is partially fused to the shaft. We had it separated when he was 3yrs old but since it stays in him it has fused again. We have been asking him pull on it when he showers to try to separate it. He was told that if he can’t do it himself he would have to go back to the Dr. and have him separate it. He is husky wearing size 7 husky pants and has a fat pad in his pelvis area. My concern is not only the size but also he never gets hard. My 5yr olds penis dwarfs my 7yr olds penis in size and thickness and the 5yr old is always getting hard. What does it mean that my 7yr olds penis is small about the same size as my 3yr old and never gets hard?

He is just 7 and in every possibility, male hormone activation should change the whole scenario and that happens at adolescent period, when puberty period starts. Nothing to worry.

The foreskin moment part is to be addressed. Your child should learn to make the moment forward and back with the foreskin and to clean the inner area of the foreskin. If he is reluctant, you must try to do it. You can do it easily. Once you compel him, and say, if he don't do it, you will, your son will agree do it himself. that is the right approach. Cleaning helps in hygiene and moment is also essential.
