Why Is A 19 Month Old Having Drowsiness After Taking Lanzol?

Hi my son is 19 months old. For the past one month he is having cold. My doctor suggested junior lanzol 15 in the morning and I montus kid in the night. My worry is he is drowsy after having the lanzol in the morning and sleeps for continuously for 3 to 4 hours.
