Why Is A Person Having Different BP Readings In Left Arm And Right Arm?

Is there a reason why a persons blood presure would read 91/60 on the left arm and 161/60 on the right arm. Mine does that most of the time and I am not sure which one I should go by. I do realize that when I am at the doctor's office they normally use the reading from the left arm.

hello
the commonest cause for BP difference in limbs is due to a local block in one of the arteries. since your BP on left side is less there is likely to be local stenosis in an artery. I would advice you a Doppler examination for confirmation of diagnosis. are you hypertensive, diabetic, smoker ?
what is the age?
any further questions I will be happy to assist.
