Why Is It Burning While Urinating?

I had an abortion a month ago and today's my second day of menstration and I am experiencing burning urination. My husband of many years and I are healthy -- no HIV. I do not see signs of UTI either. Is the burning urination normal after abortion? I've only experienced this since yesterday.

I understand your concern
Burning urination could be due to the urinary tract infection.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, USG (to confirm complete process of abortion, if you have not undergone), urine routine and microscopic examination.
Doctor will give following advises for infection
Tablet septran
Tablet uromax
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water (3-5 L/day)
Drink juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash
