Why Is My 3 Year Old Having Watery Green Poop?

Hi, I look after a 3 year old and have just changed his nappy and was smelly watery green poop where yesterday was only a little soft and brown (normal). Nothing has changed in his diet he's still eating fine in fact he's a little piggy and he only ever has water to drink. What do you think could be wrong? Thank you.

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If its an isolated episode then there is no cause for concern.
Green stools usually occurs due to faster tranit time of the intestine.
Give him his normal diet and sufficient intake of water.
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
