Why Is My 5 Year Old Son Having Dark Blackish Under Eyes?

Doctor,
my son is 50 days old he is said to have dry skin on his face its very dark blackish near his eyes on the side little whitish...Hid pediatrician gave us Alfacort to apply on face is it ok?and also he is having smalll pimples around his neck is this cream good?how to aapky?when to apply?Thanks!

Hi.... Many thanks for consulting in Health Care Magic. It is eczema... Steroid cream is ok for very severe cases...but only on cheeks.. I don't think its necessary.
