hi doctor my son 6 yr old is complaining of lower abdomen pain since last 2 weeks which come and go and now he is saying when he pass urine it comes and stops for a sec. then again come and he feels slight pain and itch.he drinks alot of water and go to toilet many times a day he is also constipated mostly

in my opinion the possibility is child being lactose intolerant
if you have added extra milk and diary eliminate all
the next source is lactose in milk passing through mothers feed
i will suggest to eliminate milk and diary from mothers diet completely
the present episode can be treated with light course of antibiotics to clear infection and anti allergics
