Why Is My BP Constant At 180-120?

Doctor My Blood Pressure from last month remain constant at 180-120 while I dont know from how long I got this problem because most of the time it is asymptomatic and some time I feel tightness of abdomen.
Due to some problem of skin I was used Anti histamin for more than 10 years injectabale Avil andv tab .Will you reply me If need any more history.
