Why Is My BP Normal When I Wake Up In The Morning ?
Why is my blood pressure normal when I wake up in the morning, but high at the end of the day? I ve been borderline hypertensive for some time. My doctor has put me on blood pressure medicine just recently. I bought a home blood pressure monitor, and in the morning my blood pressure is normal, but after work, at the end of the day, it is sky high?

Could be different things making your blood pressure being high, eating alot of salt, stress at work, worrying, just different thing, smoking will make it high too. Your dr may need to adjust your blood pressure meds, just take your reading to him, at least 3 to 4 reading a day. Good luck and take care of that blood pressure because that could lead to serious problems down the road, heart trouble and even death.
