hello tunjnl,
i can understand your questions and your doubts. from your short history which you written here, i concluded that you are having hypothyroid disorder and you are taking treatment for past one year with tab, thyroxine 50 daily.
here, i want to analyse your blood test reports. before that you should know whether you are having symptoms of hypothyroidism like weight gain, laziness, cold intolerance, constipation and menstrual disturbance.
thyroid tests to diagnosis are freeT3, freeT4, and TSH. T3 & T4 are not very reliable as FreeT3 & Free T4. but the diagnosis, management & follow up depends upon the TSH Value not by T3& T4 Value. They are useful only to differentiate the type of disease not the tests to manage the patient.
our treatment should target to keep the TSH value 5.5 than thyroxine dose is not enough and increase the dose , or if TSH is For you, TSH is not coming down once target TSH achieved than repeat TSH every 6months once

Dear tunjnl , your tsh is high as you are not taking correct dose thyroxin. As per your weight your starting dose should have been 110 mg. Now you should gradually increase the dose 12.5 mgs at a time till your tosh falls below 2 .regards
