Why Is My Arm Around Shoulder And Elbow Numb After Sleeping?
I woke up about 30-40 minutes ago and my left arm still feels numb, mostly around my elbow and sometime my shoulder? Could this be related to anxiety or the way i was sleeping? my husband and i got in a big fight last night and i did a lot of crying could it be related to that.

It is due to neuropraxia. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself. As of now, you can take drugs like VitaminB12 supplements for symptomatic relief.
