Hi

After going through the history of your child it doesn't seem to be problematic. Usually baby has a irregular breathing ie for some seconds it will breath fast and for some it will be slower. This is usually a normal pattern in a new born child.

If your baby is feeding well and having proper weight gain also achieving developmental milestones with age then no need to worry.

Faster breathing needs special attention when associated with

1] High grade fever.
2] cough
3] Feeding difficulties.
4] Increased respiratory muscle activity.

If any of above are present then please consult a pediatrician.
Hope this helps you.
