Hello,

As this must be the Sternoclavicular joint inflammation due to ligament sprain. Taking an x-ray is advised. Post which hot water fermentation and exercise to stabilize the Sternoclavicular joint is advised.

Also for neck and shoulder stabilization should be a part of the exercise prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
