Why Is My Father Having Pain And Slurred Speech With Mouth Shifted To One Side?

My father, for the past one to one-half month has been suffering from severe pain all over the body. His speech becomes slurred with an indentation beside his eye. His mouth has shifted to one side and complains of headache, inability to eliminate his bowel. Please what can i do.
