Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain it seems like there is inflammation of
mucous membrane on the inner side of lower lip causing
Oral Mucositis and it can be due to irritation caused by
Cigarette smoking and heat and chemicals can lead to raw feeling..
It can also be due to other reasons like burning with hot food and chemicals, allergies, Deficiencies of iron and Vitamin 12,physical trauma..
It may have caused by other reasons but smoking is not letting it improve due to continuous irritation..
I would suggest you to first of all stop smoking..
Apply a numbing get containing Lignocaine or Choline Salicylate on that area..
Take a
multivitamin tablet daily for 15 days..
Do
cold compresses and warm saline gargles..
Drink plenty of water..
Avoid spicy and acidic foods..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
