Why Is My Neck, Back, Ribs And Upper Stomach Sore?

Hi I am an 18 year old woman and for the past three days my neck, back, ribs along with top of my stomach have been sore. I ve also been having day long headaches when I am not laying down and have been feeling nauseated. Should I be worried about myself?

Hi,

There is nothing much to worry. I will advice you to do regular 20-30 minutes of aerobics exercise along with modification of the diet. Usually at this age due to hormonal changes there will be some weakness. But it can all cover-up by exercising.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
