Why Is My Nipple Sore And Veins On My Chest Brighter?

My right nipple is sore there is a small vein on the areola to the nipple, I noticed veins around the left one not too bad but then my shoulder/upper chest has the veins brighter I looked it up all I can find is pregnacy symptoms yea I had sex last weekend but if anything it was just pre-ejaculation so I'm worried could I be pregnant? And also since I read that online I seen them in my thighs but I could just be very paranoid.
